Fragment of mosaic wall decoration. According to F. W. Deichmann, in its origin, this was the portrait of King Theodeoricus, later transformed in a representation of Emperor Justinian. For I. Baldini it was the portrait of Justinian and was part of a greater historical representation of the Emperor defeating a barbarian.
