Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, wall mosaic decoration, first zone: the miracle at the marriage feast at Cana.
The original iconography is evidenced by an engraving published in Giovanni Giustino Ciampini “Vetera Monimenta...”, Rome 1699.
In the nineteenth century the restorations replaced the jars with baskets and reworked the right side of the scene.
