dc.description<p>Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, mosaic wall decoration, detail of the south wall: the scenes with the stories of Christ in the upper area and the prophets in the middle area belong to the primitive decoration of the church built during the reign of Theodoric. In the third zone there is the procession of saints executed during the episcopate of Agnellus when the church was dedicated to Saint Martin.</p>
