dc.description<p>This is all that remains of the Monastery of Phorvia and is near the village of Nikitari. The church of Our Lady of Asinou is made up of two parts: the main church and the narthex to the west. The main church is a vaulted single-aisled building with a rectangular ground plan the external dimensions of which are 10,80 x 5,80 m, The sanctuary apse is semi-circular internally and externally and projects one metre from the eastern wall.</p>
