Panagia is shown half-length dexiokratouda in the type of the Kykkotissa, in a three quarter turn to the left. She slightly inclines the head to touch the head of Jesus. She supports her child with the left arm, which she passes below his leg, as He seems restless. Jesus, in his slightly bent right hand, holds from the top a closed scroll with a gold merinthos.
