Description: 

Christ's figure has suffered extensive damage beacause of humidity and rainwater flowing inside from the window on the top. Christ is shown in the middle, nailed to the cross. His outstreched arms are slightly ben. The bare body is slightly covered with a waistcloth. On the left is Panagia, followed by two other women expressing their grief and despair with characteristic gestures. The other group is headed by John rendered in oblique, with a slightly curved body and hands uplifted in deesis. Longinus the centurion converses with a soldier standing next to him. The soldier holds a sponge and a spear.
