dc.description
Preserved from the base of the neck to the bottom of the torso, all four sides of the statue are nearly flat and the stone is re-used. The figure wears the chlamys fastened at the right shoulder with a large fibula and the long-sleeved tunic with belt at the waist. The right hand against the chest here holds a scroll or baton flush14. The folds of the garment are articulated in a flat and simplified way. For the folds of the chlamys, there are here only two deep, straight grooves along the right side, and one along the left. The surface of the chlamys is left only roughly picked and in places clearly unfinished. In terms of style and technique, it is believed that this piece belongs to the fifth century AD.
