dc.description	<p>In the special holoow of the dome the Pantocrator ids depicted, while in the area surrounding the latter, is depicted above the east window, the ' 'Hetoimasia' ' 'Preparation of the Throne'. Above the west window is painted a cherubim. Eight angels in a supplicatory stance, four on each side, are heading for the 'Preparation of the Throne', the symbol par excellence of the Second Coming.</p>
