dc.description<p>The blind relieving arch over the south enntrance and the wall surface around it are occupied by the composition known as ' The prophets above' in which enthroned Virgin and Child are flanked by two archangels en buste. The Virgin is attended by prophets, who carry open rolls inscribed with passages from prophecies concerning her role in the Incarnation. Above the blind arch is the tiny figure of Christ Emmanuel.</p>
