Description: 

Bowl. Part of the body and rim missing. Pale pink fabric. Low ring-shaped base, carinated form, slightly concave vertical rim forming a rounded angle with the body. On the outer surface, the only decoaration is a wide band with a rinceau motif below the lip. Clear glazing both inside and out. The bowl is attributed to the pottery production of the crusader harbour of St Symeon (Al Mina) at the mouth of the Orontes river
