Front of the sarcophagus of Gregorio e Maria, in the centre, framed by a ribbon decoration, is carved the inscription: “CRVX SCTA. ADIVVA NOS IN IVDICIO HIC REQVIESCIT IN PACE GREGORIVS VNA CVM CONIVGE SVA MARIA VOS QVI LEGITIS ORATE PRO NOBI PECATORES. “
On the sides are depicted two crosses.
