Holy Bishopric of Morphou: Church of the Theotokos in Galata

The small church of the Panagia Theotokos or of the Archangel is situated in Galata, very near to the church of the Virgin Podithou. The chutch belongs to the single cell tyoe with a steep pitched roof. It has no window in its long walls. There are small rectangular openings in the east and west gables and in the apse of the sanctuary.
