Description
Basilica of San Vitale, wall mosaic decoration, apse, semi-dome: Christ Kosmokrator. On a golden background, five figures are represented standing on flowered grass. In the centre Chirst offers the martyr's crown to Saint Vitale. On his left side, bishop Ecclesius offers him a model of the church.
