Holy Bishopric of Morphou: The Doors to the holy sanctuary, Monastery of Saint John Lampadistis in Kalopanayiotis

The Royal Doors of the iconostasis. At the top of the 'katabati' Christ enthroned is represented full-bodied, blessing with his right hand and holding a book on his knee with his left. On the upper part of the doors are depicted the Annunciation; below, Saints Gregoty the Theologian and John Chrysostom to the left; on the right Saint Basil and Saint Nicholas.
