Five adjacent fragments of a white marble stele broken off below, with a small cornice, much chipped off, still visible on top of left side (0.37 0.95 0.31); the stele, in poor state of conservation, was written on three sides. Some small fragments have been lost since 1930.

Inscribed; front side (a), 18 lines on the full width (section i), then on two columns (section ii, columns i and ii); left (b) and right (c) sides on one column.
