Mosaic of the apsidal vault with Mary and the Child, sitting on a throne, under a wreath held by a hand. Mary is flanked by angels, Bishop Euphrasius, holding the model of the church and local saints are depicted: St. Maurus and the archdeacon Claudius. The child between Euphrasius and Claudius is accompanied by the inscription “Euphrasius, son of the archdeacon”
