Diptych of Probianus; he is depicted as a consul seated on both plates. On his sides two secretaries are represented recording his speech on wax tablets; in the panel below two orators pointing him with their right hands. In the left plate Probianus holds a roll with the Latin inscription: “Probiane floreas.”
