Detail of the Susanna sarcophagus. To the right of the “imago clipeata” with the portrait of the two deceased spouses, scenes of the Old Testament are depicted in two registers among which is Isaac's Sacrifice in the upper register and Daniel in the Lion's Den in the lower one.
